O BRASIL está recebendo uma invasão de refugiados VENEZUELANOS por RORAIMA e também HAITIANOS  por toda a fronteira norte e centro oeste ;sem mencionar os refugiados sírios e afegãos .

 Proponho um programa ADOTE UM REFUGIADO ,os que estão em situação provisoria ate ser analisado pelo conselho nacional de refugiados , no programa teriam aulas de português, também um empresario na área urbana,uma organização religiosa,uma família ,um fazendeiro poderia adotar eles ,oferecendo trabalho, quem já tem parentes poderia ser adotado pelo familiar no BRASIL

 Muitos fazendeiros vinculados ao AGRO NEGOCIO poderia adotar eles e dar emprego nas suas fazendas por exemplo

A Região litorânea do NORDESTE  tem um expressivo fluxo de chuvas , A REGIÃO é tradicional produtora de CANA DE AÇÚCAR ,cujas terras estão esgotadas  por tradição histórica dos engenhos , proponho a introdução da soja junto com o milho e algodão em forma de alternância rotativa como já acontece em BARRA DOS BUGRES MT ,NOVA OLÍMPIA MT,TANGARÁ DA SERRA MT  ; JACIARA MT (JUNTO COM DOM AQUINO,SÃO PEDRO DA CIPA E JUSCIMEIRA ) onde as usinas alternam a CANA DE AÇÚCAR com o trio da SOJA ,MILHO E ALGODÃO .

 A BUNGE já introduzir timidamente na ALAGOAS , não seria utopia e sim realidade introduzir a soja nas áreas marítimas do nordeste ,também no agreste e sertão
